Terms of Service

1. Platform Overview
MonthMart is a digital marketplace connecting independent service providers (Stores) with customers. MonthMart provides the technological platform, hosting, and facilitation services but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or physical delivery of products sold by independent merchants.
2. Store Subscription & Fees
By registering as a Provider on MonthMart, you agree to the following financial terms:
- Monthly Fee: All registered Stores agree to pay a monthly platform service fee of a variable amount (as specifically agreed during your manual registration process).
- Billing Cycle: Fees are due at the beginning of each billing month to maintain active store status.
- Suspension: If the monthly fee is not settled within 5 days of the due date, MonthMart reserves the right to suspend the Store's visibility to customers and restrict access to the provider dashboard.
3. Account Deletion & Grace Period
We respect your right to manage your data and access:
- User Request: Both individual customers and store owners can request account deletion at any time via the "Danger Zone" in profile settings.
- 30-Day Restoration Window: Once requested, the account enters a "Scheduled for Deletion" state. All data is preserved for exactly 30 days.
- Automatic Restoration: If you log back in within these 30 days, the deletion request is automatically cancelled, and your account is fully restored.
- Permanent Removal: After 30 days of inactivity following a deletion request, all personal data is permanently and irreversibly erased.
4. Limitation of Liability
"MonthMart acts strictly as a facilitator. We are not liable for any financial disputes, product defects, quality issues, or delivery failures occurring between the Merchant and the Customer. All transactions are at the user's own risk, and disputes must be resolved directly with the provider."
5. Changes to Terms
MonthMart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via app notification or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
